During periods of extreme cold, we may hold a shipment to avoid damages and will notify you if any of your orders are put on shipping hold. We are also happy to hold orders by request if you have any concerns about the safety of your shipment.
Update: For orders shipping to New Jersey, Texas, and Florida via our Climate Controlled Ground shipping method, these orders will be delayed due to dangerous road conditions, road closures, and outages. As soon as it is safe for the trucks to travel, your packages will be back en route.
If you have a shipment that arrives damaged, please let us know by emailing photos of your damaged shipment and we will credit or replace them for you.
