In an effort to ship wine in a timely manner, we have started preparing our orders that will be shipping next week on Fridays. In order to prep for shipping, we must print out the shipping labels ahead of time.
When a shipping label is generated the order(s) automatically update to the “Shipped” status on your account. In addition to containing the delivery information, the shipping label also contains the packing slip which informs the warehouse of the bottles you ordered and are needed to fulfill your shipment.
Please do not be alarmed by the change in your order(s) status. Your wines are safe in our temperature-controlled warehouse for the weekend.
When the order is ready and has been picked up by UPS next week, the tracking number will be updated with delivery information.
