When processing shipment labels on 12/2 we experienced a glitch requiring all orders to be reprocessed for shipment.
This automatically sends out a UPS cancellation email for the original tracking number for your order since a new tracking number has been created.
Your new tracking number is accessible via the Order History page of your SommSelect Customer Profile.
