This message appears if you are not properly logged into your account when trying to place an order.
To correct this issue follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your account profile on SommSelect.com - https://www.sommselect.com/account/
- Click on the LOG OUT button (see image below)
- Log back into your SommSelect account
- Continue with placing your order (you may have to add the item(s) to your cart again.
