Check your packing slip to verify the order number and what should have been packed.
- Packing slips are either affixed to the inside top flap or are located in a plastic sleeve inside the box.
Send an email including a photo of the wine that was sent by mistake and the packing slip information to email@example.com.
We will send you a return shipping label via email to send back the miss-shipped wine.
- Simply print and affix the shipping label to cover the original shipping label and drop it off at your nearest UPS facility.
