Please make sure your Club Membership shipping and billing information match your default information to ensure that your monthly membership is charged and shipped to the correct places.
Canceling or Pausing a Membership can be done by request via email or phone. Simply reach out to one of our customer service representatives and we'd be happy to help you out.
There is no penalty for canceling a club before your order has been processed to ship. Once a club has processed to ship, return and restocking fees may apply.
